1. Scope and service provider
These terms cover GEO and LLM readability audit services supplied by Jan Mizun, trading as Agentic Blueprint, an independent sole proprietor registered in the Czech Republic (Business ID: 24575691). Business details are available on the Imprint page. Any separately agreed written scope takes precedence over these general terms.
2. Orders, payment and delivery
The scope, price, payment requirements and delivery schedule are those presented and agreed at checkout or in a written proposal. Delivery depends on receiving the payment and information required to carry out the audit. Any material delay or change in scope will be communicated to you.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying accurate information and ensuring you have permission to share any materials or access provided for the audit. Do not send sensitive personal information or credentials unless a secure method has been agreed.
4. Recommendations and results
Audits provide analysis and recommendations based on information available at the time of review. Search engines and AI services change independently of Agentic Blueprint. No particular ranking, AI recommendation, traffic increase or commercial outcome is guaranteed. Implementation is excluded unless expressly agreed.
5. Use of deliverables and confidentiality
After payment, you may use the delivered audit for your business and share it with your implementation partners. You retain ownership of your supplied materials. Agentic Blueprint retains ownership of pre-existing methods and templates. Non-public business information supplied for the service will be treated as confidential.
6. Cancellations, concerns and statutory rights
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel an order or have concerns about a deliverable. Any agreed cancellation or refund conditions must be confirmed in writing. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
