Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. Data controller

Jan Mizun, trading as Agentic Blueprint, Jirkov, Czech Republic, is the controller responsible for personal data covered by this policy. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@agenticblueprint.eu.

2. Personal data we collect

Contact forms and inquiries: the contact details, company information, website address, and message content you provide. Audit requests: information submitted through the $490 GEO audit order modal, together with order and client details needed to manage the request. Client engagements: correspondence, contract details, and billing information. Website analytics and technical records: IP addresses, browser and device information, and information about website usage, where collected by the tools in use. Please do not submit sensitive personal data unless specifically necessary and agreed.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data to respond to inquiries, prepare and deliver GEO audits, and manage client contracts and related communications. Processing necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, or to perform a contract, is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Accounting and other mandatory records are processed to meet legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c). Proportionate website security and business administration may rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f), subject to your rights and interests. Where consent is required for analytics or other optional processing, the basis is Article 6(1)(a); consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Data storage and security

Personal data must be handled using appropriate technical and organisational safeguards consistent with GDPR requirements. Access should be limited to authorised people who need it for the relevant purpose. Safeguards must be proportionate to the data and processing risks; no storage system or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

5. How long data is retained

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Inquiry records are kept for handling and relevant follow-up; audit and contract records for delivering services and managing the client relationship. Records may be retained longer where required by applicable Czech accounting or tax law, or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Data should then be deleted or anonymised. You may contact us for information about the retention period applicable to your data.

6. Service providers and international transfers

Where necessary, personal data may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, forms, email, analytics, payment processing, or business administration, and by professional advisers or authorities where legally required. Providers acting as processors must be subject to appropriate data-processing terms. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area must have a valid GDPR transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses with any necessary additional safeguards. Contact us for details of applicable recipients and transfer safeguards.

7. Cookies and web analytics

Website analytics may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser information to understand usage and improve the website. If non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used, they require prior consent where applicable and must not be activated until that consent is given. Where a consent tool is provided, you can change or withdraw your preferences through it. Browser settings can also control cookies, although restricting necessary cookies may affect website functionality.

8. Your GDPR rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise a right, email contact@agenticblueprint.eu. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and will normally respond within one month; any lawful extension will be explained. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, ÚOOÚ), or your local supervisory authority.

9. Contact and policy updates

For questions about this policy or the handling of your personal data, contact Jan Mizun (Agentic Blueprint), Jirkov, Czech Republic. We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, processing activities, or legal requirements. The date above identifies the latest revision.
